•  On 1st January 1939, William Hewlett and David Packard found HP, which now happens to be one of the largest technology companies in the world.
•  1983; ARPANET (i.e. Advance Research Project Agency NETwork) officially changes to using the Internet Protocol, creating the internet.
•  1985: Internet Domain Name System is created.
•  In 1985; The first British mobile phone call is made by Ernie Wise to Vodaphone.
