@Mahmood: Aim high thats for sure => dropping that ego is something Pakistanis might have a little problem with hehehe! No but on the real drop that ego you all.
Sharing knowledge is the only way to succeed with individual growth…The more you hide the less you gain.
Good IT people always:
1. Share their knowledge,
2. Want to gain more knowledge (from others and the web)
3. Arent worried about spilling their secrets.
People with a small minded and selfish approach DO NOT:
1. Spend the time to learn the job well.
2. Never gain the deep statisfaction of doing the job really well.
3. Never give anything back.
Oh and before i forget you should have SHOW NOTES for you podcasts or screencasts. That way people can go over the notes (and links) if they dont have time.
And that be my $0.02 you all…

Great inaugural video guys!!! … Looking forward to more in the future.
That was fun! Drop your ego, aim high, and move out of your comfort zone. Good stuff. Heard Faraz speak at the MITEFP/P@SHA event last month and enjoyed his clarity, honesty, and passion for people and technology. Hope to hear more from him in the future, inshaAllah!
