construction sector would continue to get sick in this country due to non adherence to standrads even by architects, clients not willing to pay the price and get quality so intelligent buildings could be a dream for everyone in this country/
@Public IP: You missed the point; you have to be smart! I know of some people who have already done that in their homes.
Wait a second.. Are you trying to tell me that Pakistani construction is actually going to go smart??? YOU ARE KIDDING ME! How do you propose to overcome the “thekadar” and the millions of other people involved in the construction process? Architects? Interior designers? Is handling the human factor going to be that straight-forward?

BTW there are plently of blindspots that need to be highlighted and worked on. I am sure over the next few episodes you will talk about them.
