Considering the majority of what is accessed online is in English, there has been so much talk about the large population who is unable to access the web due to the language barrier. While there have been isolated attempts at the developing Urdu for the web, a young, dynamic team developed a website called PakTranslations.com , which is a machine translation engine which translates English to Urdu for you. Zeeshan Ahmed and Muhammad Mubashar Shoaib have developed and updated several iterations of their service, with the ability to handle more languages and dialects. Click here to read why they do what they do, but we were fortunate to listen to Zeeshan talk about the service with Jehan Ara, on In The Line Of Wire.  And if you click here, you can read the blog post Jehan Ara did on her blog
