Very informative! One of the major problems we have is the lack of experience. As our IT industry is very new, people like these are hard to come by. It was a privilege hearing someone who believed in the power of IT long before many of us were even here! I am sure there would be much to learn just by bouncing ideas off people with such experience. Can you guys arrange an online mentorship program or something? Where people can ask questions and present business cases and have the input/guidance of our seniors. It can be a public forum, I am sure great ideas and collaborations will emerge.
