Michael Koster is the UX Manager for Europe, Middle East and Africa at Microsoft. UX stands for User Experience and talks about the importance of ensuring that your user or customer gets the best user experience there is out there. Even the best software app is useless if it is badly designed or poorly packaged.

Michael stopped by the WebStudio to stress the importance of multidisciplinary teams and consistency. Of course, while a Michael had stopped by, we couldn’t resist  asking him the question whether or not Microsoft is up to the challenge and competition that is already lightyears ahead of its game, on the Web. Watch the video to hear his response!
