@Imran, Phir Gusa
@Hassan, Chori? That’s a pathetic comment. Why don’t you make yourself useful and point out the similarities?
But since there aren’t any and you got a problem, don’t watch it then. Period.
@Imran Hussain, Chori aur sena zorri I will come soon
@Hassan, uh what? http://www.pakcrunch.com is our website. we didn’t ‘steal’ the name.
why don’t u innovate something?
Great show guys.
@Umair teabreak is great yaar, its an other creative idea by a Pakistani.
not much innovation, atleast chose your own name. You steal style from Revision3 and name from techcrunch

@Farhan – More than them, if we have more people commenting, imagine the kind of showcase these two can pull! They have a great number of shows lined up – very interesting! Keep checking this space every Thursday for their new episodes!
well.its great yar .keep it up
Awesome Show, loved the way Umair Khan Jadoon speaks
Innocence at its best !!
And umm. . since it’s talk & discussion show, so facing the camera doesn’t really matter. I suppose !! :$
Suggestions: you guys can present the potential and growth of Pakistan Blogosphere. Also you can do a comparison of the industry potential with other foreign industries.
Nice show! Enjoyed the talk.
First I mean’t “and otherwise” not or otherwise
Secondly I think aspects like how blogs covered and spread some news faster than the TV media should be included. Also the use of twitter and it’s positive role.
Also how Haris and Saad should not update twitter about every second of their lives
Start looking in the camera folks.. also I like there’s no music in the background like there usually is..
I m hoping this show also covers the very positive side of the blogosphere in Pakistan or otherwise.
@salman Yes of course, credit should be given to the original writer. And thank you very much for the feedback! It will help us to improve the show.
@mudassar Yikes! Shall get it fixed!
@Salman – Thanks for the points.. As to your last question, my answer is YES!!! Of course credit must be given… For those who don’t, well, it’s only a matter of time for them to kill their own credibility…
@ Salman Credit SHOULD be given to the original writer in any case. It’s not fair to the original writer to not give credit to him for his hard work.
And we’ll have an episode on blogs with social issues as well, and how to use your blog to promote a cause
Your feedback and criticism will improve PakCruch. Thanks for taking the time to give feedback!
And thanks to everyone else for the appreciation too.
I really appreciate this new series. Keep it up guys!
One little correction. At 14:02, the URL mentioned on strip is chowk.com & not chowk.co.
good show, but I have some points to share:
BlogAP is a mailing list, it’s more structured now, they don’t let people go off-topic anymore.
Bloggers.PK Forum is really really boring, but I have found some real good pointers, insights from that forum. It needs more attention though, and I think Awab is working on it now.
TeaBreak.pk and Bloggers.PK have one essential difference, Bloggers.PK doesn’t show the whole post on their own site.. it shows first few lines and when you click on the post title it takes you to the original blog. Which is a good thing. While Teabreak shows the full post on their on blog, and then a link to original blog is completely at the end even after the comment form & after a banner.. most people don’t even scroll to the end of the page to see that link. Which is not good. They need to change this IMHO.
Also it was chowk.com not chowk.co, and yes it’s still online & active. But I think it has lost the charm it had back in the days.
While talking about different categories for blogs written in Pakistan, you forgot about mentioning blogs writing about social issues ;d (BEWARE self-promotion ahead) for example: http://tfpak.wordpress.com / http://ayesha.thalassemia.com.pk
I have a question for you two, some bloggers write stories that were originally posted at some other site, they just rewrite it a bit and they post it as their original content, is it fair to the original writer? They don’t bring anything new for the user, shouldn’t they give credit to the original writer?
Just my 0.2 cents.
-Salman
Nice to see Pakistani blogs being discussed.
But yes if you’re asking for feedback, beef up on the effects. And look into the camera kabhi!
Keep it up. You have a new subscriber
Good beginning of a super duper hit show of the future!!
Goodluck!!
Great job guys! I love how its a conversation between the two of you. You guys are naturals! (is what I’ll think till I get to see the bloopers=D) Looking forward to the next one!
Great first show guys.. Keep it up! Looking forward to the next one!
