Inbox to setup 1,111 IT Labs for Government of Punjab: Inbox Business Technologies signed an agreement with Government of Punjab for setting up computer labs in 1,111 higher secondary schools in Punjab. Under this program a total of around 4,200 labs will be set up by Government of Punjab in schools and will by far be one of the biggest IT initiatives taken by Government in education sector. This turnkey solution signed between Inbox and the Government of Punjab covers supply, installation and after sales services for all 1,111 IT Labs.

Nokia and Accenture sign agreement: Nokia and Accenture have signed an agreement for Accenture to acquire Nokia’s Symbian professional services unit responsible for Symbian OS customer engineering and customer support. The unit provides engineering consulting and product development services on a global basis to mobile phone manufacturers, as well as chip manufacturers and mobile operators.
Services provided by the Symbian Professional Services teams include advanced technical support, techniques for enhancing performance, memory, and power, advanced error diagnosis and repair, and turnkey software development services that can be used in a range of technical environments.
