Wonderful interview! Probably my favorite to date. So many great insights packed into 30 mins: cross-disciplinary learning, brave career decisions, business strategy, and finally nurturing and investing in talent. One month of key note speeches on YouTube! Brilliant. If nothing else, I hope Pakistani business leaders smart enough to be following these videos will make a note of the last point about investing in people. @Nadeem @Mahmood glad you enjoyed the interview and found it useful. This was a new dimension to HR development that I found very interesting. Recognizing and assessing what people have a natural talent for and then building on that talent through training, is really the best way to go.
