Government of Punjab and Microsoft sign MoU: The Education Department, Government of Punjab has signed MoU with Microsoft Pakistan under the “Partners in Learning” global program of the company. This collaboration aims to provide schools, governments and partners with resources, training, expertise and technology blueprints that will help create institutions to better prepare students.
Government urged to provide incentives for IT boost: The government should provide incentives and extend support to promote information technology to help improve the economy and foreign exchange reserves of the country,” Syed Asad Mashhadi, President, Rawalpindi Chamber of Commerce and Industry, said.
In a statement, he emphasised that the field of information technology remained neglected during last few years due to that youth having professional degrees were anxiously seeking jobs.
