PTCL asked to set up help desk at KCCI: Recently, the Karachi Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KCCI) approached Walid Irshaid, PTCL CEO, asking him to solve the problems being faced by its members in respect of non-cooperative attitude of Karachi-based management. Consequently, two senior officials of PTCL, Syed Najam Ali, Senior Manager and Kamran Mahmood, GM of Corporate and Services, visited the chamber for a short meeting with KCCI President Abdul Majeed Haji Muhammad and other members. The KCCI chief raised the issue of faulty lines.
The KCCI suggested to the PTCL to open a ‘Helpdesk’ at the chamber in case members intend to have duplicate bills and any other issues regarding rectification of faulty telephone lines, installation of new telephone, DSL and SmartTv connections.
