If a person who can not drive, drives a Mercedes CLK-GTR and rams it in a tree, you shouldn't blame the car you should blame the driver driving it. Same applies to agile practices, if you don't apply them right and your project fails, don't blame agile for it, blame yourself for not implementing it right. I now realize that as long as we'll keep calling people resources, we'll keep treating them as resources (and not human beings).
