@Zee Waqar, @Zee Waqar, Thank you Zee Waqar. Sometimes flat rate advertising via agents like buysellads or by directly contacting the publisher is more effective and cheaper. Depends on the product, publishing platform and relevance.
@Bilal M, 3rd party ad services charge a certain amount or a commission which can be avoided if the publisher and advertiser deal directly with each other. But of course, it comes with more work needed to setup your own ad serving system.
If you wanted to do online marketing and you want to maximize return on investment then simply go for Adwords (Fullstop).
You’ll have complete control over each and every aspect of your online marketing campaign.
However, it needs little expertise regarding picking up the right keywords. Which you can learn doing some experiments..
Nice episode once again.
But isn’t it more value for the advertiser if he goes through a 3rd party ad service like the ones you guys talked about last week? Any scenario where it might be beneficial to have advertisers deal with publishers directly?I mean.. can a publisher give the advertiser more ‘play time’?
